What data we collect and why

We collect a minimal amount of data, and only for legitimate purposes. Here is what we collect and why:

Our legal basis under UK GDPR

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

Google Analytics 4

If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data. Google may process data on servers outside the UK. Google LLC is certified under the UK-US Data Bridge framework.

GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use GA4 for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose other than understanding site usage.

You can learn more about how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, retargeting tags, or any third-party cookies beyond Google Analytics. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Email enquiries are retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up period. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit agreement.
